It has been some time since I made those videos -- and I must say, I knew very little about website hosting and web design at the time. If you are still looking for the names of these "free" web hosting services, I will live up to my promise and give them to you. But, I want you to know EXACTLY what you are getting into first with them, and I encourage you to carefully consider EVERY LETTER of this webpage before you sign up for ANY accounts with a "free" web hosting company. At one time, the same time I recorded those videos, I had 23 websites on "free" web hosting. They were all money making websites, and with all of them combined, was making me about $5275 per month! One day I woke up to discover that all my accounts were deleted after only 4 months by the "free" web hosting company. What was my crime? I violated terms of service because my websites were deemed "too commercial," even though nothing in their terms of service states that you cannot use your website for business. They also stated that I had prohibited material on my website; I have no idea what they're talking about, other than a political blog that I had -- I guess if they disagree with your content, they delete you. This has not only happened to me, but has happened to countless others -- ALL within 6 months of the initial signup for an account. When you first initially sign up for a "free" web hosting everything looks great. The packages look somewhat appealing, but are usually grossly misrepresented. You do not learn until you sign up that you have been duped. You are constantly bombarded to upgrade. Customer support and or technical support is non-existent. Although they advertise live support, the answers you always get are auto-replies and usually end with "if you upgrade, you wouldn't have this problem." Fact #2: All "Free" Web Hosting Services Have Room For New Customers Because They Cancel All Those Who Have Not Upgraded Within 6 Months -- That Means, Usually, Their Whole Customer Base! They openly admit when you sign up that they give their services away in the hopes you go over to their "paid" side. If within 6 months you do not upgrade, your account is deleted in order to make room for newer potential suckers. It's really quite that simple. And to make matters worst, the "paid" side of their service is not much better. Fact #3: All "Free" Web Hosting Services Will Damage Your Website's Rankings In Google and Other Search Engines, If They Ever Rank At All! Up-time is the term used to refer to the percentage of accessibility your website possesses. Many "free" web hosting services claim to have 99.9% up-time -- in reality, you are lucky if your up-time is 55%-60%. They also have a very slow page load, meaning it takes more than 15-20 seconds for your page to load completely. If Google crawls your new website and it either doesn't load, or it loads after more than 20 seconds, Google will bury it deeper in the listings. Also, Google notes the hosting provider and gives it a penalty -- meaning, all new websites on their servers will NEVER be given priority. They routinely go into your website check your files and if they don't like something, YOUR ACCOUNT IS DELETED!!!! I went to one of my websites once -- it said -- "The website you are trying to access is undergoing a quality control test for potential fraud. If you are not the owner, come back later." How does that look to a potential visitor or customer?
